Rune stone from Uppsala domkyrka, Uppland (U Fv1976;104).
According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
rikr * ok * hulti * fastkair * þaiR * litu * ...a stain * at * uikmar * faþur * sin * styriman * koþan : likbiarn * risti
Ríkr/Rekkr/Hringr ok Holti [ok] Fastgeirr þeir létu ... stein at Vígmar, fôður sinn, stýrimann góðan. Líkbjôrn risti.
Ríkr/Rekkr/Hringr and Holti and Fastgeirr, they had ... the stone in memory of Vígmarr, their father, a good captain. Líkbjôrn carved.
