According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
[...is * haou]... ...-fr * ka(s)l ' ok * iufrfast ' lit ' rsa s[tn iftu * faiau sein] ...-l
... ... ... <kasl> ok Jôfurfast lét reisa stein eptir fôður sinn(?) ...
... ... ... -kasl and Jôfurfast had the stones raised in memory of their father(?) ...
