According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
[ku](þ)fast[r] * li[t] * [raisa] * stin ... * fastulfr ** rui... ...[st]i * bru * as[uh]k
Guðfastr lét reisa stein ... Fastulfr ... ... brú <asuhk>.
Guðfastr had the stone raised ... Fastulfr ... ... the bridge ...
