According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
[olb](u)si * let * raisa * stain * þeno * at * ufak * faþu(r) * sin *
<olbusi> lét reisa stein þenna at Ófeig, fôður sinn.
<olbusi> had this stone raised in memory of Ófeigr, his father.
