Rune stone in Kumla, Uppland (U 651).
According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
* bel[e]ik[r * au]k [* hefton * auk * s]i-ig[r] * (r)aist(u) * [s](t)a[in * þina] * at * ulf * buruþur : s[in]
Bleikr(?) ok Halfdan(?) ok <si-igr> reistu stein þenna at Ulf, bróður sinn.
Bleikr(?) and Halfdan(?) and <si-igr> raised this stone in memory of Ulfr, their brother.
