According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:
iarbi * [l]it * stain * ht[t]R * s(u)-- sina * tua
Jarpi lét stein eptir so[nu] sína tvá.
Jarpi had the stone (raised) in memory of his two sons.
