According to the Samnordisk runtextdatabas the inscription reads:

...ulfr reis[t]i st[ein] þenna [epti]r ..., bróður sinn, ok Gyríðr eptir son sinn góðan. Hann varð dr[epinn] ...
...-ulfr raised this stone in memory of ... his brother; and Gyríðr in memory of her good son. He was killed ...
