Danish medieval texts, 1100-1515, in Danish and Latin
Research project
The 'Study the Middle Ages on the Internet' site contains medieval Danish texts in critical editions. The material covers the period from 1100 to 1515; the Old Danish and Latin languages; genres such as romances, chronicles and laws; and different types of manuscripts and printed editions.

Nerthus Project
Research
The Nerthus Project aims at compiling a lexicon of Old English based on structural-functional principles. This involves the synthesis of the knowledge generated by a long tradition of philological studies in Old English and its reinterpretation not only in the light of new evidence but also by means of up-to-date linguistic concepts and methods.
The project is named for Nerthus, a goddess mentioned in Tacitus, who is often identified with the Norse god Njörðr.
