Modern representations of the high seat pillars or idols of the Norse gods cast into Goðafoss waterfall by Lawspeaker Þorgeir Ljósvetningagoði following the conversion of Iceland. These statues seemingly represent Thor and Iðunn, and are located in the gift shop at Goðafoss.
