Viking Ship "Wikerl" in Rosenheim, Bavaria
Description
An account of the resource
This replica Viking ship was originally built for the movie "Wickie und die starken Männer", filmed in Bavaria in 2009. It mainly sailed on Kochelsee for filming. It was then re-used for the second film in the series and stored afterwards. In 2015 it was purchased by Lokschuppen Rosenheim and is displayed outside the venue during the big exhibition "Wikinger!" in 2016. During the course of the exhibition, there was also a competition to find a fitting name, and in the end "Wikerl" was chosen, which would be Bavarian for a small Viking. It is not yet known what will happen to the ship after the exhibition ends in December 2016.

CAVI proudly presents the interactive staging of the thousand year old runic stone Mejlbystenen, situated at Randers Kulturhistoriske Museum. As part of the MMEx project, the staging was produced in collaboration with the rest of the MMEx consortium and TEKNE Production.
Using advanced projection techniques the staging gives the audience a totally different experience, telling the story written on the stone, and leaving an inspiring illusive experience in the mind.
